Ingredients: hibiscus, chamomile, rosehip, lemon balm, pomegranate flower, dried orange, mallow, rose buds, helichrysum flower

Brewing Instructions: We recommend using 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces (1 cup) of water. Steep time is 5-8 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. For a lighter tea flavor feel free to brew a 2nd time.
