Ingredients:  ginger, turmeric, chamomile, mallow, rosehip, hibiscus, sage and helichrysum flower

Brewing Instructions: We recommend using 2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea per 8 ounces (1 cup) of water. Steep time is 5-8 minutes depending on how strong you like your tea. For a lighter tea flavor feel free to brew a 2nd time.
